Salon Policy
Consultations
Consultations are highly recommended for all new clients and required for color corrections. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your hair goals, timeline, price point and hair history in depth. A nonrefundable deposit of $30 is required to book a consultation and is credited toward future services.
Late Arrival
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at the artist’s discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.
Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please understand when appointments are canceled without 24 hours notice, we miss the opportunity to fill in that appointment time and our waiting list clients miss the opportunity to receive services. Since appointments are reserved for you, a cancellation fee may apply. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No Call/No Show
If you do not notify us to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the services originally scheduled.
Credit Card Holding
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule any long appointment. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled.
